    We collect and process your personal data and the details related to your online purchase in order to issue proof of purchase and order, as well as an invoice, and to inform you about the correct shipment and receipt of your order. Additionally, we use this information to manage, provide, customize, and improve our services and business activities. Specifically, your personal data may be collected and processed by our company for the following purposes, which are deemed necessary for the execution of our contractual relationship:

  • For order deliveries to shipping companies and postal services, as indicated at the time of placing the order.
  • For payment of goods to the payment service providers you select at the time of placing the order.
  • If payment is made by credit card, it is processed via the payment service provider to the partner bank you specify in the payment methods section of our website.
  • If payment is made via electronic bank transfer, it is processed by the banking institution you choose.

During the payment process, we do not record or store payment information, such as credit card numbers or other banking details. You provide this information directly to the corresponding payment service provider exclusively.

    Our company, in order to ensure the correct use and integrity of the personal data we collect, and to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, processing, deletion, alteration, or other use of this data, implements specific internal compliance policies while taking all appropriate organizational, technical, physical, electronic, and procedural security measures, as well as technological standards, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Specifically, our employees who process personal data are committed to maintaining confidentiality.     We will retain your personal data for as long as the purposes for which it was collected continue, such as communication for the promotion of our methods or the completion of your order. We will retain your information for as long as we have your consent. Once you choose to delete your account on our website, your data will be deleted upon your request within a reasonable period, and in any case, within two months.
    Banking information that may be requested is managed by the bank service provider and retained by us only for as long as necessary for the relationship or transaction.
    Data collected through the use of cookies is retained for 12 months from the time you provide consent for the use of cookies when entering our website.
    Afterwards, and if you wish to delete them [details in the next paragraph 10], this information will be destroyed from our records and systems in compliance with our company’s policy, provided that they are no longer necessary for the purposes described above or to meet our legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to defend our rights in front of any competent court or authority.

In any case, our aim is to ensure the accuracy of your personal data. Therefore, if you find that any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, please do not hesitate to request that we correct or complete it. Additionally, we would like to inform you that you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if (a) it is no longer necessary for the purposes of our communication and transaction, (b) it was processed unlawfully and beyond the purposes described above, or (c) it is required by law.

In any case, you have the right to appeal to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if you believe that your personal data has been processed inappropriately.

We will report any unlawful breach of this website’s database or the database of any third-party data processor to all concerned parties, including the authorities, within 72 hours of the breach, if it is clear that personal data stored in identifiable form has been stolen.
